The protagonist finds an old family album with photographs in an old house.
From the moment, she opens it her mind starts turning. The humans being depicted in this photographs seem to come back to life. A journey of the inner psyche starts combined with illusions and hallucinations. A daydream dealing with our most avoided questions begins:
What kind of fears do we have? What terrorizes us in our head but we would never talk about?
Is there something between heaven and earth? And what? What haunts us in our most secret dreams?
What are the limits of understanding for our mind and psyche? What means ‘reality’?
This short film is not a normal short film with a normal story because it wants to provoke the hidden fears, dreams and thoughts of its spectator.
While watching you will be confronted with your inner discomfort. Everybody of us could be in the position of the protagonist. This film is about sentiment.
About this sentiment we all have while discussing this kind of questions above with ourselves in our rooms alone at night. This film tells a story of our memories, of fear of death, of psychoanalysis, of abnormal moments, of believing, of inner demons, of soul, of horror of the unknown, of hands that grab you in your dreams, of nightmares, of general fears, of loneliness and of unavowed consequences.
